国連関連機関である、化学兵器禁止機関(OPCW：Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons) のフェルナンド・アリアス事務局長をお迎えし、特別講演会を開催します。

■講演テーマ：
「化学兵器の使用を禁止するための国際的な取組について－最近の使用例を中心に－」

昨今の化学兵器使用事案（シリアにおける継続的な使用事案，マレーシアにおける金正男氏暗殺で使われたＶＸガス使用事案，英国における元露工作員に対するノビチョク使用事案等）を基に、OPCWの取組等についてご紹介いただきます。
