岩谷舟真・社会学部准教授がThe 31st International Congress of Applied Psychologyで心理的安全性をテーマに発表を行いました

岩谷舟真・社会学部准教授が、2026年7月21日から25日にかけ、イタリアで開催されたThe 31st International Congress of Applied Psychologyにおいて、心理的安全性をテーマに発表を行いました。発表タイトルは「Lower-status members underestimate psychological safety: Perceived and actual psychological safety in a school environment」であり、学校現場における心理的安全性の認知と実際のズレについての実証研究に関する報告がなされました。心理学研究の応用可能性を探る貴重な機会となりました。
