Associate Professor Shuma Iwatani presented his research on psychological safety at the 31st International Congress of Applied Psychology

Associate Professor Shuma Iwatani (School of Sociology, Kwansei Gakuin University) gave a presentation titled “Lower-status members underestimate psychological safety: Perceived and actual psychological safety in a school environment” at the 31st International Congress of Applied Psychology. He presented findings on the discrepancy between perceived and actual psychological safety in school classrooms. This conference provided a great opportunity to explore how psychological findings can be applied to society.
