Language Center IEFL Thomas Stringer gave a presentation on Autoethnography for Language Teacher Professional Growth at the Second Language Teacher Education (SLTED) 2024 Conference, which was held from September 4 to September 6 at Masaryk University, Brno, Czechia. Leading on from the success of SLTED 2022, SLTED 2024 is the second such biannual conference dedicated to enhancing professional learning and development for language teachers. A diverse array of international participants concerned with second language teacher education gathered to offer around 90 lively presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. The plenary speakers were Sarah Mercer, Steve Mann, and Nayr Correia Ibrahim.
