The Osaka Historical Association's annual conference was held at the Uegahara Campus.
The Osaka Historical Association's 2025 Annual Conference and General Meeting, organized and organized by Professor Takaoka Hiroyuki of the Faculty of Letters, was held on June 29th at Kwansei Gakuin University's Uegahara Campus.
Founded in 1948, the Osaka Historical Association is one of Japan's leading historical societies, having contributed to the development of historical research from its base in the Kansai region. This marks the first time in 10 years that the conference has been held at Kwansei Gakuin University.
Divided into five sections ranging from archaeology to modern history, the conference featured reports on the latest research in each field and lively discussions. With over 300 participants from Hokkaido to Kyushu, the event concluded on a high note.
