Yuki Otsu (Associate Professor, School of Policy Studies) Gives Presentation on "Misconduct, Metrics, and Motivation: Incentive-Driven Changes in Policing Behavior" at SIOE 2026

Yuki Otsu (Associate Professor, School of Policy Studies) gave a presentation on "Misconduct, Metrics, and Motivation: Incentive-Driven Changes in Policing Behavior" at the SIOE 2026, which was held from July 13 to 15 in Fontainebleau, France. SIOE 2026, organized by the Society for Institutional & Organizational Economics, is the 30th annual international conference bringing together researchers studying organizations and institutions. Scholars from Europe, North America, and many other parts of the world gathered to give presentations and hold discussions. Although the conference had to be changed to a hybrid format at short notice due to the impact of wildfires, it showcased cutting-edge research on organizations and institutions and provided participants with valuable opportunities for lively exchanges of ideas.
