デヴァナンド・ラミア（Dev）氏: 危機対応・平和構築・持続可能な開発の分野で20年以上の経験を有する国際的リーダー。現在、UNDP危機局において「危機への備え・対応・復興」局長を務め、UNDPの危機対応戦略を統括する。これまでにUNDP スリランカ、モルディブ、中国、東ティモール（UNMIT）、コソボ（UNMIK）等で活動。フルブライト奨学生として東部メノナイト大学で紛争変容の修士号を取得。ニューヨーク大学客員教授、コロンビア大学国際紛争解決センターアソシエイトも務める。
Devanand Ramiah (Dev) is a globally recognized leader at the intersection of crisis response, peacebuilding, and sustainable development with over 20 years of experience. As Director of Crisis Readiness, Response, and Recovery at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Crisis Bureau, Dev leads institutional strategy on how UNDP responds to and recovers from crises. Before his position as Director, Dev’s work spanned the full spectrum of crisis and development work, serving in UNDP’s Global Policy Network, UNDP Sri Lanka, UNDP Maldives, UNDP China and in two of the UN Field missions – UNMIT in East Timor and UNMIK in Kosovo. A Fulbright Scholar, Dev holds a Master's in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University. He has brought that expertise into the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and as an Associate at Columbia University's Center for International Conflict Resolution.
アレッサンドロ・ムラキッチ氏: UNDPパレスチナ人民支援プログラム（PAPP）ガザ事務所長。持続可能な開発、危機対応、地方行政、経済復興、気候変動、紛争センシティブな安定化など、アラブ地域を中心に20年以上の実務経験を持つ。UNDPアラブ諸国地域局、アフリカ地域局、ブリュッセル代表部など複数のリーダーシップ職を歴任。アンマン地域ハブで地方ガバナンス・分権化専門家、UNDP/PAPPで主任技術顧問も務めた。政治学博士号を持ち、イタリア・エジプトの大学で教職も歴任。
Mr. Alessandro Mrakic is Head of the Gaza Office for UNDP’s Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (PAPP), where he leads UNDP’s operational and programmatic engagement. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sustainable development, crisis response, local governance, economic recovery, climate change, human mobility, and conflict-sensitive stabilisation, with extensive experience across the Arab States region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mrakic has had several leadership roles within UNDP’s Regional Bureau for Arab States, UNDP’s Regional Bureau for Africa and UNDP’s Brussels Representation Office. Mr. Mrakic has also served as Local Governance and Decentralization Specialist at UNDP’s Regional Hub in Amman and as Chief Technical Advisor with UNDP/PAPP, and work with UNESCO in Pakistan and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iraq. Mr. Mrakic holds a PhD in politics and has an academic background in development, and has had several academic appointments in Italy and Egypt.
横井瑞穂氏: UNDPウクライナ事務所「人間の安全保障・複合的危機」プログラム・マネージャー。全面侵攻以降の統合的復興支援における日本の援助を中心とした主要プログラムを管理。UNDPでの25年以上のキャリアにおいて、ガバナンス、危機対応、安定化、戦略的パートナーシップなど幅広い分野でシニア管理職を歴任。ニジェール、モルドバ、アフガニスタン、マラウイ（副常駐代表代理）、イラク・エルビル等での勤務経験を持つ。ミシガン州立大学行政学修士、コロンビア大学国際公共政策修士。
Ms. Mizuho Yokoi is the Programme Manager for Human Security & Multidimensional Crisis at UNDP Ukraine, managing flagship programmes, particularly with Japan’s assistance for integrated recovery in Ukraine since the full scale of the invasion. With 25 years of experience at UNDP Ms. Yokoi has held senior management roles across various UNDP offices, focusing on governance, crisis response, stabilization, programme planning and management, strategic partnerships, and policy advisory support. She has worked in various roles with UNDP Country Offices in Niger and Moldova, Afghanistan as well as the Sub-Regional Hubs in Dakar and Nigeria and acting as Deputy Resident Representative-Programme at UNDP Malawi. Previously, she worked with UNDP Iraq in Erbil as Programme Manager for the Iraq Crisis Response and Resilience Programme, as well as Senior Assistant Resident Representative. Ms. Yokoi holds a Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, United States.
