Five students and Nicholas Musty from the School of Economics spent June 23-25 taking part in "JEMUN" (Japan English Model United Nations/日本英語模擬国連) at Kindai University in Osaka.

After two months of preparation, students were able to enjoy their roles as country delegates (representing Italy, Libya and Maldives) and journalists (creating podcast reports of conference proceedings).

They joined more than 250 students from universities and high schools of 26 nationalities. Congratulations to all and a special well done to Kotaro Shirai, first year School of Economics and Kohei Hayashi from the School of Humanities who were selected as award winners for the best podcast journalists, beating eight other journalists.
