The Graduate School of Education was established in April 2009 in order to conduct education and research that can contribute to the solution of the problems involving children and education facing modern society and to foster personnel who can contribute to society. This Graduate School offers the two domains of early childhood education and applied education. The Master’s program focuses on helping students understand the theories of early childhood and applied education and based on this, allows them to learn about and foster their ability to develop practical methods. During the second semester, we mainly provide instruction for research for thesis completion, aiming at fostering researchers who have the advanced research capabilities necessary to engage in specialized services, in addition to a wide range of underlying academic knowledge.
