Kwansei Gakuin University Library has been opened since October 1997. It holds over 1,300,000 volumes, as well as over 15,000 periodicals and audiovisual materials in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. We have the following special collections; James and John Stuart Mill collection, Adam Smith collection, John Locke collection, The Scottish enlightenment collection, and more.

Completed in 1995, this facility is composed of an open-stack library and PC section (Media Forum) to support study and research. The Kobe-Sanda Library and Media Center holds approximately 160,000 books, periodicals (1,300 titles), and audiovisual aids.
